The Glory of the LORD

For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. (Hab.2:14)

Isn't it good to spread the glorious fragrance of the Lord Yahshua all over the world and throughout cyber-space in this way. Just think about it - the internet (e-mail) uses radio waves from the source of any message to the satellites which orbit above the earth's atmosphere and back to the destination of the message. Yahshua is the Light of the world, and light utterly dispels darkness. Therefore the whole atmosphere is covered with His glory because any evil darkness carried by the internet through the atmosphere is obliterated by His glory.

Praise His wonderful Name!!!

While I'm on the subject of names, here is something which might interest you. In the original Hebrew manuscripts our Father's personal memorial Name was written as YHWH (there were no vowels in written Hebrew). But the religious Hebrews didn't even dare to pronounce His Name, so when they read the Scriptures and came to YHWH, they said Adonai instead, which is the Hebrew word for Lord. In the older translations of our English Bibles YHWH was translated from the Hebrew text as LORD, with all the letters written in capitals. Because they never spoke the Name, over the centuries the pronunciation was largely forgotten. Even today we hardly ever speak that holy Name because we read it as LORD, which is not a name but a title. But we know from the word; Halleluyah (meaning Praise Yah) that the first syllable of YHWH is pronounced Yah. Bible scholars are uncertain about the last syllable. It could be either Wah or Weh. God will at some time reveal it to His people by His Spirit. Most scholars agree with Weh, and so it is generally accepted that His Name is YAHWEH. Personally I prefer YAHWAH because the Word says that the Name of our Saviour is in the Name of the Father. Jesus' Hebrew Name is YaHshuWaH. So in my opinion, the correct form of His Name is YAHWAH. However at this time I will use the generally accepted form.

I believe that this precious memorial Name of our Father, (Ex.3:15) will again be known and revered throughout His Church in these last days. According to the prayer of Yahshua in John 17, to reveal His Father’s Name to those He was calling into His body, was part of His purpose. (See verses 6, 12 & 26)

When the New Covenant came into operation through Yahshua sealing it with His Blood, we (believers in Him) were given the authority to use His Name, (the Name above all names - Phil.2:9-11). Therefore in His Name, through faith in His Name, we can have victory over all the circumstances in life. Circumstances such as sickness, disease, poverty, depression, natural disasters, criminals etc. all have to bow at the Name of Yahshua. We also need have no fear of harm in spirit, soul or body for His Name is also our complete protection. Proverbs 18:10 says; The Name of the LORD (YAHWEH) is a strong tower: the righteous run to it and are safe. That speaks of this present world, because there will be nothing in Heaven from which we will need to be protected. But protection is not automatic for the believer. We need to run into the strong tower of His Name by calling on Him in faith. (Ps.50:15 & Ps.20)
