It is a cold a gray Thursday morning. Nothing special going on here today. It is the middle of the week, and it would be easy for some to not give a thought to the LORD. I find that only makes me love HIM more!

I need GOD each and every day. I need JESUS more and more as time goes on. I rely on the presence of the HOLY SPIRIT to guide me through every move I make through my day.

I begin my morning in praise of my FATHER and by bringing all my concerns to HIM in JESUS name. Before I even leave my bed I have spent time in prayer, for my husband, for my family and for anything else the SPIRIT leads me towards. At times I pray in my understanding, and at times I simply pray in the SPIRIT, not quite knowing what words to say. After my time in HIS presence I feel prepared to continue on with the day.

But, is that all? Not for me! No matter how busy things are, I make sure I have time each and every day to read HIS Word. That is the way I know I can hear HIS voice and listen for HIS will for me. HE reveals HIMSELF to us all through the Bible, if we but take the time to allow HIM to speak.

My day ends in prayer, as well, as I thank HIM for all things that have occurred, both good and bad, blessings and challenges, for all come from HIM.

Yes, it's only Thursday, and so many people would wait until Sunday to consider our FATHER. I am not here to judge, and I understand that time is a valuable asset that runs quite thin at times.

But consider this...

Our GOD is a GOD that is with us at ALL times, HIS love is ever present, not just there when we step into HIS house on Sunday morning. HE is not just a Sunday GOD, so can we afford to be merely Sunday Christians?

I choose each day to be a full-time child of GOD, what about you?
