Prayer for 2001
" Our Father who art in Heaven,
Hallowed be Thy name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy will be done,
On earth as in Heaven.
Give us today our daily Bread.
And forgive our sins,
As we forgive each one of those Who sins against us.
And lead us not to the time of trial,
But deliver us from evil.
For Thine is the Kingdom,
The power and the glory.
Let all the people say Amen,
In every tribe and tongue.
Let every heart's desire be joined,
To see the Kingdom come.
Let every hope and every dream,
Be born in love again.
Let all the world sing with one voice,
Let the people say Amen. "

" After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen."
( Matthew 6:9 - 13 )

This song; " The Millenium Prayer " was recorded by Sir Cliff Richard in 1999. I still believe it is a message for the body of Christ in 2001.

Covenant Keepers God Is A Family Man

God is not a handyman, nor is He a " fix it " man. The way that God operates is that He gives you divine strategies for victory. He gives you patterns and principals. He designs a road, an avenue, a way, for you to build and have victory in your life, but you and I must pick up the hammers and tools and saws, and plug in the cords, and begin to put in place what He designs for our life. God is so committed to being a builder that when He came to the earth, He sent His Son to the home of a carpenter because He wanted man to understand; " I am a builder! " When Jesus first revealed the church, He revealed it in construction terms. He told Peter; " Upon revelation I will build My church. And the very gates of hell shall not prevail against it! " ( Matthew 16:18 )

God is not talking about buildings here! When God talked about the household of David, the household of Abraham and the house of Jacob, He was talking about a generation or a family grouping. In Acts chapter 16, When Paul looked at the Philippian jailer and said; ' You and your household shall be saved. ' ( v. 31 ) , he was not talking about his ranch house in the country, he was talking to him about his family. So this use of the word " house " clearly shows us that God builds His kingdom by families! In fact, God is such a family Man, when He sent His Son to the earth, He called Him a Son and His Son taught us when you pray, say; ' Our Father. '., ( Matthew 6:9 ) because God is a family Man! That's why you can take confidence that God is interested in your family.
