The following is a poem Jesus gave me for His Birthday celebration this year: SANTA'S CHRISTMAS SEASON PRAYER: " My Father in heaven, it's Nicholas, Your son. I wanted to talk to You before my work has begun. I thank You for giving me a purpose in life - to bring hope and cheer amongst chaos and strife.

But, Father, many stores and homes that you see are not giving You thanks, they're honoring me! Father, You know my heart, and this wasn't my intention that people speak of me, but Your Son never mention.

Forgive us, O Lord, for distorting this season. It's not giving gifts, but Your Gift that's the reason. All Glory goes to You, Father, You gave us Your Son. And thank You, Lord Jesus, for what You have done.

This is Nicholas, Your servant, ready to make my Christmas Eve flight- Happy Birthday, Lord Jesus! This is a holy night. Amen. "

Covenant Talk Blood Speaks

Did you know that blood has a voice? Not only does your blood have a voice , but it speaks to God! In Genesis chapter 4 , we find that Cain had killed his brother Abel in what was to be the first murder in the Bible. God had had no respect for Cain's offering to Him because he had not brought the first fruits and the best of his increase like Abel had. As a result of this, Cain was very angry, killed his brother Abel and hid his body. ( Genesis 4:3 - 8 )

Let's pick up with verse 9 to see what happened when God showed up: " And the Lord said unto Cain; ' Where is Abel thy brother? ' And he said; ' I know not. Am I my brother's keeper ? ' And He said; " What hast thou done? The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto Me from the ground.'"( Genesis 4:9 - 10 )

Cain thought that he had committed the perfect crime. After all , the law says and always has said; " No body , No crime . " But , little did Cain know that Abel's blood was crying out to God ; saying; " Why am I dead ? I did nothing to provoke it. I did not deserve to die. I'm crying out to my Creator ; ' Avenge me! Avenge me! Avenge me! ' "

No, the Bible does not say all that in verse 10 , but does it not say that Abel's blood was crying out to God from the ground? Why does innocent blood cry out to God? Because that person's life was in his or her blood! ( Leviticus 17:14 )

I don't know how you feel about the death penalty , but let's look at Numbers 35:33. : " So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood , it defileth the land: and cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it. "

Now , let's look at the verse in the Amplified Bible: " So you shall not pollute the land in which you live; for blood pollutes the land , and no atonement can be made for the land for the blood shed in it , but by the blood of him who shed it. "

I'll leave any further discussion of the death penalty to you and the Holy Ghost.

Jesus' Blood speaks too! It speaks today! Let's look at Hebrews 12:24:
" And to Jesus , the mediator of the new covenant , and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than Abel . " Glory to God! I don't know about you , but I went to shouting when I read that verse!
