Prayer for 2001
" Our Father who art in Heaven,
Hallowed be Thy name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy will be done,
On earth as in Heaven.
Give us today our daily Bread.
And forgive our sins,
As we forgive each one of those
Who sins against us.
And lead us not to the time of trial,
But deliver us from evil.
For Thine is the Kingdom,
The power and the glory.
Let all the people say Amen,
In every tribe and tongue.
Let every heart's desire be joined,
To see the Kingdom come.
Let every hope and every dream,
Be born in love again.
Let all the world sing with one voice,
Let the people say Amen. "
" After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed

our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil:

This song; " The Millenium Prayer " was recorded by Sir Cliff Richard in
1999. I still believe it is a message for the body of Christ in 2001.

The Names of God in Covenant
Remember when we studied
the names of God in a recent series? Today , you get to put that knowledge
to use! Let's see if we can find the Names of God
in the 8 steps Jesus used to cut Covenant with:
1. THE EXCHANGE OF GARMENTS:
By exchanging garments with man ( John 19:23 - 24 ) , Jesus wrote " Jehovah-
Jireh " { The Lord our Provider } on the Covenant.
2. THE EXCHANGE OF
WEAPONS:
" Behold , I give you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over
all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Notwithstanding in this rejoice not , that the spirits are subject unto
you;
but rather rejoice , because your names are written in Heaven. "
( Luke 10:19 - 20 )
This was Jesus speaking , therefore making Himself " Jehovah-Nissi "
{ The Lord our Deliverer } . And , take a look at what He said in verse 18:
" And He said unto them; ' I beheld Satan fall like lightning. ' " ( Isaiah
14:12 - 17 )
3. THE EXCHANGE OF NAMES:
Whatever we ask in Jesus' Name , He will do it. Whatever we ask God for
in Jesus' Name , He will give it to us if we believe on Him! ( John 14:12
- 14 ,
John 16:23 ) But , don't go asking for a million dollars , or a Rolls Royce
if you are not on God's system of prosperity or if you squander yours and
God's money. ( Malachi 3:10 - 12 , Luke 6:38 ) A man asked God; " God, is
it true that a thousand years are like a day to You? "
" Yes, My son. " God replied. " Well, Lord, " the
man continued, " I'm not asking for much. Can I have $ 1000.00 ? " God said;
" Okay. Wait a minute! "
My next point is: Don't rush God. He knows when it is best to give you the
desires of your heart. The power we have of being able to rightly use the
Name of Jesus in our petitions to the Father ( After all , why do you think
we are called " Christians " ? ) makes Jesus to be " Jehovah-Rohi " , The
Lord our Shepherd . ( Psalms 23:1 )
4. SPLITTING OF THE ANIMALS RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE:
"But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities:
the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes , we are
healed. " ( Isaiah 53:5 )
" Who His Own Self bare our sins in His Own
Body on the tree , that we , being dead to sins , should live unto righteousness:
by whose stripes ye were healed. " ( 1 Peter 2:24 )
" Jehovah-Rophe " The Lord our Healer
