Relationship Brings Good Things
4. God Has Good Plans for you:
" For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD,
thoughts
of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. "
( Jeremiah 29:11 )
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that
I do
shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because
I go unto my Father. "
( John 14:12 )
5. God's Provision Is Available To You:
" But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory
by Christ Jesus. "
( Philippians 4:19 )
6. God's Power Working Through You:
" I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."
( Philippians 4:13 )
" But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you:
and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea,
and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. "
( Acts 1:8 )
7. God Makes All Situations Turn Out For Your Good:
" And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God,to
them who are the called according to his purpose. "
( Romans 8:28 )
The devil comes to do three things to people: steal, kill and destroy. He
especially likes to draw Christians away from God who are weak Spiritually.
If he can cause a Christian to go back to acting like he or she did in the
world, he can reduce
the chances of those around them who are trying to decide whether to live
for God
or Satan choosing to live for God and turning their back on Satan.
( " Christianity ain't nothing! Look at so and so, and he says he's a Christian!
" ) Those who leave a relationship with Jesus and slide into religion stand
the chance of being
stolen from, killed or destroyed by the devil just like those who have no
form of religion or relationship. But Jesus came in order to allow those
who are in relationship with Him to have life and have it more abundantly.
( John 10:10 ) So, ask yourself: " Which is better? Religion or Relationship? "
