Title: It Is Finished

It Is Finished
My mother in law joined my brother in Heaven Saturday night.
The Lord gave me the following as her way to speak to us. It is from the
chorus of a hymn entitled;
" It Is Finished ".
Today's Covenant Talk is dedicated to her, Dianna Vickery.
" When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, He said,It is finished:
and He bowed His head, and gave up the ghost. "
( John 19:30 )
It is finished. The battle is over.
It is finished. There'll be no more war.
It is finished. The end of all conflict.
It is finished and Jesus is my Lord.
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown
of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me
at
that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing."
( 2 Timothy 4:7 - 8 )
