Title: Finances 21

Finances 21
Prosperity is the ability to use God's power in every realm
of life. Having your soul prosper in all levels of life is one realm: financial,
social, physical, intellectual. Prosperity is to use the ability of God
to answer the needs of humanity, whether yours or someone elses. If you
know how to believe for your finances, start believing for someone elses
finances: tell them how.
Jn 14:21 "He that has My commandments, and keeps them, he it is that loves
Me: and he that loves Me shall be loved by My Father, and I will love him,
and will manifest Myself to him". This is prosperity: when God begins to
manifest Himself to you. v.18-24 "I will not leave you comfortless: I will
come to you. Yet a little while, and the world sees Me no more; but you
see Me: because I live, you shall live also. At that day you shall know
that I am in My Father, and you are in Me, and I in you. He that has My
commandments, and keeps them, he it is that loves Me: and he that loves
Me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest Myself
to him. Judas said to Him, not Iscariot, "Lord, how is it that You will
manifest Yourself to us, and not to the world?" Jesus answered and said
to him, "If a man love Me, he will keep My words: and My Father will love
him, and We will come to him, and make our abode with him. He that loves
Me not keeps not My sayings: and the word which you hear is not Mine, but
the Father's Who sent Me".
This is an outline of prosperity. He says,
if you'll do My commandment, not only will God love you, and come to you,
He will live with you. God isn't used to living in small shacks. His tastes
are opulent. If you want to live in a shack, He'll honor your desire, but
if you keep His word, how can you live in a shack? "Manifest" doesn't mean
just to be there, it means live there.
Jesus is the vine and we are the
branches. The branches surround the vine, not the other way around. Without
Him we can't do anything (John 15:5). On the other hand, the vine can't
go anywhere with out the branches (1Cor 3:9). God talks about pruning unproductive
branches in order to increase yield (John 15:2). In natural pruning, good
branches are even cut off to increase yield. We are called to specific tasks:
don't be caught doing "good" things that God never told you to do. There
are things that you have no ability or anointing to do, or things God just
doesn't want you to do right now (Acts 16:6). Depend on others in the Body
to help you in these areas: "staff your weakness".
