Finances 25
God's word must find a man for it to produce, someone to believe
it and act on it. Man is in authority over the earth, God isn't. Yes, "the
earth is the Lord's" (1Cor 10:26), but satan is the god of this WORLD (2Cor
4:4). Jesus bought back from satan what authority Adam had given to him
through His blood, but then immediately gave it back to us. If God had authority
over the earth, what need to pray down the will of heaven to earth (Matt
6:10). It would be automatic. We are co-laborers with God (1Cor 3:9). This
means its not all God, nor all us, its both of us working together.
So
found a man, Abram, who would take Him at His Word. He made a deal with
him, and he took it. A man accepted the Word of God in the earth. Now God
had some authority in the earth through a man. God was painting a picture
of Jesus from Gen 1:15 to Rev 22:21. The mystery was hidden in God but let
His servants the prophets to tell them about the pieces of the puzzle (Amos
3:7). Once a piece of the puzzle is in the earth, no one can get it out.
Its in there, it will not return void. How can the devil get the Word out
once its in? He can hide it away in monasteries, he can tell you its passed
away, he can tell you it won't work; but if someone believes he can get
born again by believing His word, there's nothing hell can do about it.
Nothing. Satan is powerless. The gates of hell cannot withstand the faith-filled
words of a believer because God said so. Satan doesn't even know it: its
hidden; and even when he hears it he doesn't understand it until its too
late (Eph 3:10); "had he known he would not have crucified the lord of glory"
(1Cor 2:8).
"It is God that gives the power to get wealth to establish
His covenant". That Word had to have been establish for us to believe it,
else we'd have gone to hell. Its working now. Jesus was allowed entry into
the world because a woman believed God could inseminated her supernaturally.
It worked! The Word continues forth with the same power to today as then
because Jesus hasn't changed (Heb 13:8) and He's the Word (John 1:14).
The inner image of God's wealth described in Phil 4:19 can finance any revival
you care to have, single handed if need be. One saint in Los Angeles can
do it: if that person bought a TV station and broadcast Christian programs.
"Well, they won't sell." They would for enough. Whatever it takes. I used
to say, "I'll do whatever I can" now I say, "I'll do whatever is necessary".
I can do all things through Christ. Some mistake this for ego. It's not
it's God. I am well aware of my inabilities. My faith isn't in my abilities
or inabilities, it's in God's abilities. Paul said "my Gospel" (Rom 2:16,
16:25, 2Tim 2:8); you get to the point where you're so joined to God it
becomes ambiguous whose doing what and whose stuff is whose.
