Finances 32
God and His Word are one (1John 5:7). You cannot have a manifestation
of God without the Word (Mk 16:20). There are arbitrary acts of God (Rom.
9:15 "I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion
on whom I will have compassion"), but this is not what the believer is to
live by. The bread and butter of every Christian is: Matt. 4:4 "Man shall
not live by bread alone, but by every word (rhema) that proceeds out of
the mouth of God". To live by arbitrary acts of God leads you from one mountain
top to mountain top, with valleys in between. The just live by faith, not
the anointing or mercy or compassion, even though all these are of God also.
The Word will work for anyone who will believe it: the truth from above
is "without partiality" (Jm 3:17). Nothing pleases God anymore than seeing
His people walk in the word (3Jn 4). When we do this, we'll start being
the instruments of God's anointing to others.
Satan never blessed anyone.
Anything he does give's got a barb on it somewhere. How come the wicked
have all the money? It's stolen money. It is not the devils money to give
to the wicked, it's money stolen from the believers in the world. We must
pray to loose those funds from them into the church coffers and into our
hands (to establish His covenant and give to those who have need). Eccl.
2:26 "For God gives... to the sinner travail, to gather and to heap up,
that he may give to him that is good before God"; Pr 13:22b "the wealth
of the sinner is laid up for the just"; Isa. 45:3 "And I will give you the
treasures of darkness (wealth of sinners), and hidden riches of secret places".
The Scripture says the meek shall inherit the earth. Well, we did, but we've
been putting it off till we get to heaven. What good will it do to take
control of the earth once we're in heaven?! what good will it do to have
authority over the devil in heaven? he won't even be there. Jesus did what
He did so you and I could take back the earth in His name NOW. Satan has
been stealing from us. We Christians shouldn't have second hand buildings
and third hand cars. The wicked are satanic reservoirs of the worlds money
to keep it out of our hands. The devil knows what we'll do with it, if our
motives are pure. He lies to us by saying the rich won't listen to the gospel
anyhow so why bother witnessing to them. We actually have a bit of an attitude
against the rich. Why would the devil lie to us about this? to protect that
man from hearing the gospel and from keeping his money away from us. Let
us not let satan take advantage of us and be ignorant of his devices (2Cor
2:11).
