Title: Welcome Grace

Welcome Grace
I'm told that grace is favor
That I really don't deserve
God's gift beyond all measure-
At least that's what I've heard.
I'm sanctified and justified;
Redeemed to sin no more.
This grace I still don't understand,
God has for me in store.
I'm happy just to walk with Him
Side by side each day;
To talk with Him and know He cares
To listen when I pray.
I feel his presence over me;
His strength when troubles rise.
To be forgiven every sin
Brings tears into my eyes.
Thank you, Father, for this grace
That I can't comprehend.
All I am I bring to you
My Savior and my Friend.
Many of us, like the woman who was caught in her sin ,face the shame of
guilt of whatever sin that has beset us. We wonder if there is any hope
for us. We stand ,our head bowed, ready for our accusers to throw their
stones and suddenly, Jesus walks up. He says not a word but, somehow we
know that Hope has come. We look into His most wonderful face and there
find all for which we have been longing. We are forgiven, yet we are guilty
and should die, for it is written that" The wages of sin is death". His
forgiveness washes over us and we have been made whole. We are clean!!
We fall on our faces wondering how He could use us such as we are. Just
as we are, we offer Him our lives.
You see, God specializes in broken people. Blessed be the Lord forever.
Amen!! Love ,Diane
