Life is Tough, but God is Near
The Lord will sometimes take away
That which seems good and right.
But we are looking through a glass,
Which still is dark as night.
For we can't see what lies ahead
He asks us walk by faith
And setting hopes on what we see
Is such a big mistake.
We cannot know the answers,
By and by we'll know
Our Father's plan was better
Than the other one we chose.
It's hard when we don't understand
And life is such a mess.
But He will not forsake us;
It's his desire to bless.
Hold on tight , my dearest one
This storm too shall pass.
As surely as will come the dawn
To shine upon the past.
Put your hand in His great hand
And take it day by day.
Remember your Deliverer
Will take you all the way.

I am a teacher /secondary principal at Christian Life Center
Academy in Houston, have 5 children, all married, one husband of 40 years,
I like to write poetry and teach the Word of God. I have been on 6 missions
trips to Spanish speaking countries because I'm fluent in that language. I have taught a childrens ministry, clown and often sing. I am blessed.
