Title: We Shall Possess the Land

All things work out for our good
God says to you and me,
Although in times of trouble
It seems a mystery.
Through tribulation in this world
Our lives will often come.
He said,"Be of good cheer
For I have overcome."
It's not by might nor by our power
But by His Spirit strong
That we have hope to run the race
And sing a brand new song.
Press on to what He's called you to;
Let no one steal your joy.
Put on the armor of the Lord
The sword of God employ.
Stand fast and see the Lord, your God
Still the fiercest storm;
Find your shelter in His hand,
Safe from any harm.
Reward comes when, in faithfulness,
We take a righteous stand.
Regardless of the giant's power
We shall possess the land.
God has given each of us a promise and often there are giants of doubt,
fear, despair and discouragement there to mock us as the
Philistine mocked
David. But the Lord is on our side and the word of God comes forth from
our mouth as the stone flew from the slingshot and hits it's mark everytime
if weilded at the right time. "The word of faith is nigh thee, even in thy
mouth.." Amen

I am a teacher /secondary principal at Christian Life Center
Academy in Houston, have 5 children, all married, one husband of 40 years,
I like to write poetry and teach the Word of God. I have been on 6 missions
trips to Spanish speaking countries because I'm fluent in that language. I have taught a childrens ministry, clown and often sing. I am blessed.
I am thankful for the opportunity to share on a broader basis what the Lord
