Title: Make Me Whole

O Lord, my head just whirls and spins
With things that I must do.
But nothing's more important
Than spending time with You.
To tell you that I love You
To bow my head in prayer,
To find within Your Holy Word
Release from every care.
Sometimes I am so busy
Our visits are too short,
But Lord you know my tasks today;
You know what's in my heart.
So patiently You wait for me
To share my very soul
That I might grow in knowledge of
Your plan to make me whole.
For 'til in heaven I shall be
To kneel before Your feet,
I'll still be learning Who You are;
I'll yet be incomplete.
We often forget that we are to be about this task that He has given us but
in the doing we become so busy that He has to have "leftovers" of our time.
As we tithe our money, we must tithe our time and learn Who it is Who loves
us so. We don't have to do anything but sit quietly at His feet/in His presence.
That is often difficult for those of us who are task oriented and/or have
families. Ask Him to order your day so you will have time to sit in His
presence.
In His presence there is fullness of joy.

I am a teacher /secondary principal at Christian Life Center
Academy in Houston, have 5 children, all married, one husband of 40 years,
I like to write poetry and teach the Word of God. I have been on 6 missions
trips to Spanish speaking countries because I'm fluent in that language. I have taught a childrens ministry, clown and often sing. I am blessed.
I am thankful for the opportunity to share on a broader basis what the Lord
