Renee's Anxiety Haven
Title: Sharing Our Burdens

Sharing Our Burdens
I wanted to write an article about sharing our burdens because
when one has an Anxiety/Panic Disorder, this can sometimes be a hard thing
to do! We may be ashamed, or not want to bother our family and friends with
our thoughts and feelings. Many people who do not suffer from Anxiety,
have no idea what it is like to have a disorder like this.
Of course we can go to those who DO know what anxiety is all about and those
friends are true blessings from the Lord! I am blessed to have quite a
few God sent girl friends who I love dearly and feel free to share with.
We also need to have this relationship with our Heavenly Father! After
all, who knows us better than our Creator! He knows us better than anyone.
understands us, and has created us just the way we are! Here are some Scriptures
that I would like to share with you this week:
Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, and HE saved them out
of their distressed. He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of
death, and broke their chains in pieces. ~Psal, 107:13-14

If I say, "My foot slips" your mercy, O Lord, will hold me up. In the minute
of my anxieties within me your comforts delight my soul! ~Psalm94:18-19

The righteous cry out and the Lord hears them; HE delivers them from all
their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those
who are crushed in spirit. ~Psalm 34:17-18 [niv]

Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on
wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and
not be faint. ~Isaiah 40:31

\O/ the Lord! His promises are already there for us to see as we read our
Bibles. He is waiting to unload us of our burdens right now!
Father God, I thank you so much that we can come before you and leave our
burdens at your feet. Lord, you are so good to us! Praise your name and
thank you for knowing us so well and for loving us as only you can do.
For this I ask in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior,
amen.
May you have a blessed day in the Lord!
Until next time. I am your in Christ!
