Happy New Year 2001!

Prayer for 2001
" Our Father who art in Heaven,
Hallowed be Thy name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy will be done,
On earth as in Heaven.
Give us today our daily Bread.
And forgive our sins,
As we forgive each one of those Who sins against us.
And lead us not to the time of trial,
But deliver us from evil.
For Thine is the Kingdom,
The power and the glory.
Let all the people say Amen,
In every tribe and tongue.
Let every heart's desire be joined,
To see the Kingdom come.
Let every hope and every dream,
Be born in love again.
Let all the world sing with one voice,
Let the people say Amen. "

" After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen."
( Matthew 6:9 - 13 )

This song; " The Millenium Prayer " was recorded by Sir Cliff Richard in 1999. I still believe it is a message for the body of Christ in 2001.

Joy To The World The late Pastor John Osteen of Houston's Lakewood Church often told a story about the time he was in a restaurant and a guy in there was cussing away, G.D. this, G.D. that and so on.

Upon hearing this, Pastor Osteen jumped onto a table and began to loudly holler; " PRAISE GOD! PRAISE GOD! PRAISE GOD! "

Dotie asked him; " John, what are you doing?! " To which the wise old Pastor simply replied;

" I want equal time! "

" The wicked flee when no man pursueth, but the righteous are bold as a lion. " ( Proverbs 28:1 )
