Things Don't Come In The Way We Are Expecting!
There he was, sitting in a rapidly sinking boat, alone on the open sea.
He began to cry out to God; "Lord, save me!"
Minutes later, a man in
a boat came by and said; "Come on, get in."
To which he replied; "No thanks. God's gonna save me."
"O.K." the man in the other boat replied, reluctantly paddling away.
A few more minutes went by, and a helicopter showed up, with a man
extending a rope ladder down to him, calling out; "Climb aboard!"
Once again, this fellow replied; "No thanks, God's gonna save me."
Reluctantly, the helicopter went on.
Eventually, the boat sank and the
man drowned.
When he got to Heaven, he walked up to God and asked;
"Why didn't you save me?" To which God replied; "I sent you a boat and a helicopter, what else do you want?!"
